          Mettler Silk Finish Cotton 40wt is made from 100 percent long staple Egyptian cotton and is excellently suited for patchworking and quilting. Silk Finish Cotton 40wt passes through a mercerization process which makes the thread very strong, heat resistant and has reduced shrinkage.
